1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a package or engaging ENCRYPTED ("we", "us") through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Services
We design and build websites and related digital services, offered as fixed packages (Starter, Pro, Premium) or a Custom Amount for bespoke work, as described on our Investment page. The scope for your project is the one listed for the package you purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing (including over email or WhatsApp).
3. Payment
Full payment is collected upfront via Razorpay's secure checkout at the time of order, in Indian Rupees (INR), unless a deposit/custom amount arrangement has been agreed separately. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated delivery is 7–14 days depending on the package, starting once we've received all content and information needed from you (text, images, logo, etc.). Delays in providing this information will extend the timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as listed on the pricing page. Additional revisions beyond that may be scoped and quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design and code transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete your project, and to ensure any content you provide (text, images, trademarks) does not infringe on third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
ENCRYPTED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
