• Payment information: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
• Account information: if you create an account via My Account, we store your name, email, and an encrypted password (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Support messages: anything you submit via our Support form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, communicate with you about your project, respond to support requests, and keep internal order records.

4. Third-Party Services

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — account authentication and secure database storage for orders and support tickets.
• Google Sheets / Google Cloud — internal order record-keeping.
• Our email provider — sending order confirmations and replies.
• Vercel Analytics — anonymized, cookie-free website analytics.

5. Cookies

Our site analytics (Vercel Analytics) does not use cookies or track you across other websites. Signing in to My Account uses a secure session token required for the account feature to function.

6. Data Retention

We keep order and support records for as long as needed for accounting, legal, and support purposes.

7. Data Security

Access to stored data is restricted using authentication and row-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@encrypted.dev.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
